Where did Ancient Greek Slaves live?

Obviously there were lots of different types of slaves doing different jobs, but could anyone enlighten me as to their living conditions? ta.

The living conditions of slaves (Greek, or otherwise) depended only on how much their owner valued them. For nonspecialist workers (e.g. miners), living conditions where bad – when a slave died he could be simply replaced by another one. Those that were hard to replace, such as specialised artisans, or pedagogues, were better treated.
As for household slaves, it all depended on their master’s temperament…
