top greek universities
What to do if you DO NOT LIKE your sorority?

i went through the rush process. i got CUT from my top 2 choices in final round so now i am now in a sorority that is not in the top tier. i go to a university that is structured around greek life so if i drop out, my social life will suffer.
i do not understand why i was cut from the other 2 houses bc i was literally guaranteed a bid there
i do not like the girls in the pledge class but should i stick it out bc my school is so involved in greek life?

A lot of girls get set on joining one of the “top sororities,” but they have limited space. Lots of those girls won’t be able to. Keep an open mind with the one that you joined. Give it time. Once you break down the barrier that you wanted another chapter, it will be easier to make friends and have fun in yours. I’d definitely say stick it out, at least for a while. If before initiation, you really don’t like it yet, you can drop out, but you should at least try to enjoy it for the time being.
